My stay was great; I loved the clean and fresh smell in my room despite some cobwebs, and the continental breakfast was really nice, though I wished there was more food.

The excellent location made it easy to get to nearby shopping and dining. The zoo was only a short drive away. However, the lack of an elevator was frustrating, especially since we were assigned a room on the second floor despite having heart and lung health issues. Also, parking seemed unsafe with several contractors around while we unloaded our car, which made us uncomfortable. The breakfast options were decent, but mostly carb-heavy.

You gotta check out Huddle House for a mean meal right next door—delicious burgers that don't break the bank! Plus, the breakfast spread at the hotel was way better than I expected with all the waffle-making action. The manager Shawn really hooked us up, helping us lug our bags upstairs like a champ.

The whole no-elevator situation is a bummer, especially with the stair climb after a long drive. Still managed to find our flow, though!
